What makes me passionate about coaching? The power of spoken words. How often do we encounter situations where we spend days or even months seeking a solution to a problem? We look at it from every possible perspective, but the answer still seems out of reach. Then we speak our thoughts out loud and suddenly we understand. Our path becomes clear and it's an amazing feeling.

Professional background: I graduated from Corvinus University as an Economist. I have 10 years of experience in a multinational environment, focusing on training and leadership development. I have been coaching individuals and teams in both Hungarian and English.

Certifications: I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation and I have also pursued further training in Team Coaching and Motivational Maps counselling.

Coaching approach: In individual sessions, I apply goal-oriented coaching using the GROW model. Among my favorite techniques are mirroring and addressing the unspoken. When I work with teams, I recommend systemic team coaching to my clients.

Personal background: When I'm not working, I spend the majority of my time with my family, friends, and my little dog. I enjoy practicing yoga, meditation, playing tennis regularly, and eagerly planning my next trip.
